In order to increase manufacturing capacity to meet the growing demand, Panel Truss acquired a nearby facility in Henderson on County Road 203 to serve as the primary warehouse storage for lumber. This property has approximately 57,000 square feet of totally enclosed warehouse space, and construction of an additional 20,080 square foot lumber shed was completed in early 2015. This site has 16.8 acres and, in combination with the manufacturing location, provides ample capacity for further growth. In addition to these two facilities, a third facility in Henderson serves as the equipment maintenance and refurbishment center. This 1.2-acre site has 5,625 square feet metal building on it, with ample power and equipment for welding and a mechanic’s shop.
